Jackie
Front Desk
Jackie joined the practice in 2021 and serves as a welcoming presence at the front desk. She enjoys working for a practice with an excellent reputation in the community and values the camaraderie and constant learning opportunities within the team. Jackie contributes to the success of the practice by being the friendly face patients see upon arrival, offering empathetic listening, a positive tone, and clear communication. She has been married to her husband, JT, since 2010. Outside of work, Jackie enjoys crafting, attending concerts, and spending time with family and friends.
Bonnie
Office Manager
Bonnie has been with the practice since 2008 and serves as the office manager. She is a Registered Dental Assistant and has been in the field since 2002. What Bonnie enjoys most about the practice is the positive, supportive atmosphere and working together as a team to help patients feel at home. She manages essential office tasks and insurance claims, helping make the process easier for patients. Bonnie is married, has two adult children, a wonderful grandson, and two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, playing with her grandson, and reading.
Michele W.
Financial Coordinator
Michele joined the practice in 2017 as a Financial Coordinator. She values working alongside great doctors and staff in a positive environment. Michele contributes to the success of the practice through strong communication with patients. She is married to Joe and has two children, Tripp and Maci. Outside of work, Michele enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Melissa
Treatment Coordinator
Melissa joined the practice in 2013 and works as a Treatment Coordinator. She is a Registered Dental Assistant. Her favorite part of working at the practice is the wonderful doctors and staff and the supportive, positive environment that helps patients feel comfortable. Melissa contributes by creating a welcoming environment, answering questions clearly, and helping patients feel at ease throughout treatment planning. She is married and has one wonderful son. In her free time, she enjoys biking, hiking, walking, and reading.
Kelly
Treatment Coordinator & Assistant
Kelly began working in orthodontics in 2004 and joined the practice in 2021 as a Treatment Coordinator and Assistant. She enjoys being part of an office where everyone works well together and genuinely cares about patients. Being cross-trained allows Kelly to help wherever she is needed in the office. Kelly is married and has two boys, two stepchildren, and three dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys softball and fishing.
Brooke
Registered Dental Assistant
Brooke joined the practice in November 2016 and works as an assistant. She loves the team environment and how well everyone works together. Brooke is married to her husband, Kaleb, and they have two boys, Jett and Kade. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and attending baseball games with her family. She especially enjoys working with patients and seeing their smile transformations.
Cheryl
Observation Coordinator
Cheryl joined the practice in 2013 and serves as the Observation Coordinator. She attended Tarleton State University. She loves the teamwork at the practice and the great group of women she works with. Cheryl contributes by staying positive and helping wherever she can. Cheryl has a husband, two daughters, and two grandchildren. She enjoys traveling in her free time.
Bobbi
Registered Dental Assistant
Bobbi joined the practice in November 2008 and works as an assistant. She has been in the dental field since 2000. Her favorite part of the practice is the people she works with. Bobbi describes herself as very reliable and hardworking. She has two grown children, Izaya and Josie, and one dog named Marley. Outside of work, she enjoys nature and being outdoors.
Amy
Registered Dental Assistant
Amy is a Registered Dental Assistant who joined the practice in 2011. She has been in the dental field since 1999, specializing in orthodontics and oral surgery. Amy enjoys working with people who have become friends and feel like family. She is married and has a daughter named Rylie. In her free time, Amy enjoys jewelry making.
Susan
Sterilization
Susan joined the practice in 2019 and works in sterilization. She enjoys being part of a close-knit group of women she works hard with and considers true friends. Susan contributes by working hard, staying organized, and helping wherever she is needed. She and her husband have a blended family with four grown children and seven grandsons who keep them busy. Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors, camping, and fishing—especially when camping by the lake.
Michele C.
Registered Dental Assistant
Michele joined the practice in May 2015 and is a Registered Dental Assistant. She has been an RDA since July 2006. Michele enjoys working with the doctors and staff. She has been married since 2017 and has two boys, Konner and Kody.
Amy P.
Registered Dental Assistant
Amy joined the Gronberg Sugay Orthodontics team in January 2014 after changing her profession and earning her RDA. She is happily married with two little boys. She spends all of her free time with her family, playing outside, shopping and traveling.
Diana
Registered Dental Assistant
Diana has been in the dental field since 2018, she joined the team in March of 2022. When not at work, Diana enjoys spending time with her family and church friends.
